Sixteen years at HP, then a deliberate move to Australia to build a partnership career from zero — Hootsuite, GoTo and others, now ActiveCampaign. The throughline the whole way: partnerships and growth move at the speed of human connection.

Since arriving in Australia, that partner-first approach has carried through KeepItSafe, Noggin, GoTo and Hootsuite — building an alliance with Deloitte and a co-marketing relationship with AWS from the ground up. It's also the idea behind #42coffees, an ongoing series of one-on-one conversations with founders and operators across the region: partnerships and trust still form faster in a room than in an inbox.
